New Beginnings much more than just daycare. At New Beginnings Learning Center, we’re committed to doing everything possible to support our community. It starts with a healthy, safe environment when your child is away from home. We have closely followed guidance from the CDC, as well as state and local authorities, to enhance and strengthen our existing rigorous procedures.

• Screening staff and children upon arrival for temperature, symptoms

• Providing protective face coverings for all staff members

• Conducting regular wellness checks throughout the day

• Daily sanitation of all items used and touched as well as weekly deep sanitation.

We offer developmentally appropriate programs and curriculum for infants (6 weeks) to school-age students (12 years).  Our choice to have a low student to teacher ratio offers our learning center the options to create the most fitting path for your child's future academic success.

New Beginnings has been under the Direction of Brandon Cornish as of August 2022.  Brandon, the Pastor and his Wife and the many wonderful volunteers worked tirelessly day and night to remodel the facility and we are very proud of the work we have accomplished and would love for your child to be able to call New Beginnings their "home away from home".  We are open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm and our kitchen provides a hot breakfast and lunch as well as an after noon snack, we even take care and accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions and are hyper vigilant when it comes to allergies so we ask that no outside food comes into our facility.     

 

We know some parents can't be with their child after school so that's why we provide after school care.  We work with Taft ISD for transportation to New Beginnings from any local Taft ISD school (Pre K- age 12).  Our facility offers secured and fire-walled high speed internet access for students to do their homework after school and remote learning.  But fear not at New beginnings we also believe in kids being kids and we believe that kids shouldn't just be "glued to the screen" so we provide daily outside activities (weather permitting) and CDC guideline followed group activities that lets your child develop their social skills.

It would be our pleasure to take care of your new bundle of joy and we understand that you as a parent want to know what happened throughout the day, that is why we provide a thorough daily report card for your child's daily activities up-to two years old.

New Beginnings is a Secured and monitored facility for the protection of your child as well as our staff.  Your child's safety is the upmost of importance to us here at New Beginnings so that's why each classroom has security cameras installed and are actively monitored during all hours the school is open.

 

We truly believe in our curriculum and teachings here at New Beginnings and think any child will flourish in the environment we have created here.

 

Not only do we accept traditional forms of payment, but we also accept Workforce Assistance, Headstart, and After-School Care.
